Krita AI Diffusion

The Krita AI Diffusion plugin brings AI image generation capabilities to the open-source Krita digital painting software. It allows you to leverage text prompts and specify image regions to inpaint, outpaint, refine, and generate new artwork all within Krita. The image generation technique is handled by Stable Diffusion, which can also do other useful tasks like upscaling whole images or segments. The plugin handles installing Stable Diffusion models for you and runs locally or in the cloud, however, for local installs you will want to have at least 8GB+ of VRAM.
